I was seen at my appointment time and was treated very considerably by the consultant. The options available explained and a follow up appointment agreed.

Look at the possibility of taking and letting us know of there is a long delay. (Today the delay is approximately 2 hours).
Also last one was cancelled but not improved.

Staff were very courteous. Delay in being seen was an absolute joke. I had a delay of over 2 hours before being seen. There was also no mobile phone reception so was uncontactable for the whole duration. Needless to say my employer will not be happy that I have missed so much time away from work.
